Jesus Garcia Moreno
Jesus Garcia Moreno began his business journey in 2018 after earning a Division I baseball scholarship to the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, where he graduated with a degree in Business Administration and later served as a Graduate Assistant Coach.
Originally from Sonora, Jesus began as a rookie owner in Laredo, Texas, and has since expanded into McAllen, Houston, and across Texas, growing to 16 outside deals. His dedication to business growth and leadership development earned him a promotion to Regional Manager in 2025.

Marlety Ramirez
Originally from Laredo, Texas, Marlety graduated from Texas A&M University in 2018 with a degree in Global Arts, Planning & Design Architecture.
She began her journey with MGL Solutions in December 2018 as a Brand Ambassador and has since grown into her role as Administrative and Recruiting Director, overseeing operations, recruiting strategies, and branding efforts.
Marlety has played a key role in supporting the company’s expansion into McAllen, Houston, and across Texas. She remains dedicated to building strong teams, developing future leaders, and contributing to the continued growth of MGL Solutions.
Human Resources Assistant
Kenia Casas
Originally from the Rio Grande Valley, Kenia Casas studied Criminal Justice at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley and has been part of MGL Solutions’ Administration and Human Resources team for three years.
Throughout her journey, she has gained valuable experience, built meaningful connections, and taken on new challenges. She is now beginning a new chapter in Houston, supporting the company’s continued expansion and growth.
Outside of work, Kenia enjoys working out, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with family. She is passionate about personal development and aspires to become a business owner herself.

Christian Longoria
Originally from Anchorage, Alaska, Christian Longoria brings a diverse background in hospitality and public safety, having worked as a bartender and correctional officer before entering the business.
Through his dedication and leadership, Christian earned a promotion to Market Director within just 13 months and has since achieved two additional promotions across Austin and Dallas.
Outside of business, Christian enjoys spending quality time with his wife and son and following his favorite sports.

Originally from Peñitas, Texas, Reyes studied Computer Science at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley and gained professional experience with H-E-B before joining MGL Solutions.
Within his first nine months, Reyes earned a promotion, ranked among the Top 3 on the Just Energy Owner Leaderboard, and became the first entrepreneur in his family.
His dedication to leadership, teamwork, and personal growth continues to drive his success as he focuses on expanding business opportunities and developing future leaders. Outside of business, Reyes enjoys exploring new restaurants and is a dedicated Star Wars fan.

Leticia Williams
Originally from the Rio Grande Valley, Leticia Williams has been with MGL Solutions for three years, starting in AT&T sales before advancing into management and recruiting.
Throughout her journey, she has helped build teams and recruit talent across multiple offices. Now relocating to Houston, Leticia is excited to support the company’s continued expansion and growth.
Outside of work, she is a proud cat mom who enjoys exploring brunch spots, nature walks, and spending time by the water.
